"There were three of us that stayed for a full 7 days at the Picturesque Monarch 2bdr Condos on the 13th floor. There were two bedrooms, one of which you could barely move around in. Honestly a twin bed would probably be best in that room. The second one was great though. It had room to move on both sides of the bed, closet, and you could access the balcony great. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. "When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. Several vertical blinds were missing and they replaced. The blinds still did not operate and when tried to open it would caused the blinds to fall out. Upon leaving we took...

"We hit a small snag early with the parking, but the management was very friendly and helpful. Got the issue resolved and reimbursed for the days we didnt have the parking pass. Our stay was very good, the room was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Was a quiet and beautiful place. Set aside from the hustle of the rest of oahu. Huge condo very clean and modern with all the amenities of home. The whole place..the grounds , the pools, the ponds and beaches, the bar at the beach with live music.. . Absolutely a great place to spend a week. Also Nice restaurants and stores within walking distance. "

"Negative: - would be nice if parking is available onsite. - bathroom need upgrades 1) tile ceiling is outdated. There are some gaps and holes. - gaps on AC exhausts to the wall attachment - street noise is too much sometimes but this can be fix with dual pane Window.
