"Self Parking was a nuisance as we had to get a ticket every time we came back to the hotel and get it validated. It would have been better if it was linked to the room key. Also the parking entrance was on the outside of the hotel. It should at least be linked to the main lobby."

"Our trip was excellent the property was clean, the staff was accommodating. Everyone with smiles every day the breakfast was prompt at 6:30 AM with a variety for the full week. The bar is fully stocked and the valets were most kind. Hyatt Place, We enjoyed our vacation. Thank you for making it special for us."

"This hotel was clean and updated. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Best of all was the location just across the street from Waikiki Beach. We appreciated that the Kuhio Restaurant was open early so we could eat before our tours without being rushed. The food was great and the service exceptional. We also enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and bar. The luau was a lot of fun with an excellent buffet!"
