"Our first night the tv did not work, no matter what we tried. So the second night when it still didn't work we called the desk for help and a service person came. It didn't work after he left so we called again. Second time didn't work after he left, also third time. So at that point we were pretty tired and disappointed, and felt that since TV was one of Club Quarters' amenities, we should get a refund because we couldn't get TV. Let us know. Also, second problem was the bathroom door...

"We had a good stay this property. The only thing that annoyed me is that we were promised room cleaning every single day of our stay repeatedly, but yet for the first two days they neglected to clean our room. The staff was very accommodating when I told them this, but it still took housekeeping forever to get to the room. The location was perfect for uber shuttle and close to multiple subway stations. I would recommend staying here."

"The check-in process was quick and seamless. However, it would be helpful to offer a wider selection of teas in the room, including green tea, as well as additional bar beverage options. The service at the bar downstairs could be improved, as the staff member assisting me was not particularly helpful. Additionally, I would appreciate the option to check out later than 12pm."

"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! Looks abandoned and uncared for. The breakfast horrible. Not desirable at all. Like they just threw stuff out to say they fed you. Couldn’t even have a...
