"The deluxe king room was a little small but this is Manhattan. We were in the back so it was very quiet but the window faced an office where workers were in meeting rooms and it was close so we had to keep the shades down. Staff was super friendly and you could walk to just about everything. "

"Fantastic property with wonderful staff to match it! From the moment we arrived the valets were friendly and accommodating, followed by an efficient and friendly front desk staff. Turn down service left us with a nice welcome note and cookies to enjoy in the evening. The room was thoughtfully appointed and beds and bedding were divine. Just outstanding stay! I only regret not being able to enjoy a meal in the wonderful on site restaurants or a drink at the bar but I will be back for sure!...

Le personnel était accueillant et attentif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire. La vue sur l’océan depuis la chambre était tout simplement magnifique, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. J’ai également profité du spa, qui offre une atmosphère relaxante et des soins de qualité. Une expérience reposante et dépaysante que je recommande vivement."
