"Pool was nice.. arcade eeh.. rooms booo our bed was hard and not a queen… as an inspector I’ve visited my share of four point Sheraton hotels and this one was underwhelming it just seemed old and more motelish.. distance was the best part along with transportation to universal.. but the resort sharks in the lobby are pretty annoying… breakfast was pricey for the options you got but good none the less overall if you need a place to sleep then book .. if you care for aesthetics then don’t. "

"The room was clean daily, housekeeping was friendly and professional throughout my stay. They did an awesome job. My four year grandson loved the eggs at breakfast, he ate it everyday. The staff in the cafeteria were extremely kind, pleasant and professional. They were so kind towards my grandson. I didn’t have to opportunity to use the hot tub however, the pool was extremely cold."

"This place was above and beyond my expectations! The desk people were friendly and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure for a time share seminar. Youseff was quick amd friendly and Layla also so nice. Gave us beach tips. The room clean and amazing. Big. Had beautiful balcony with pool view. We were building 15 room 403. The atmosphere was family friendly, but not overtaken by little kids. Plenty of pool Space and chairs. Also alot to do. Hourly activities, pickleball, shuffleboard, volleyball and more. The walks around the propery were gorgeous as well. Close proximity to disney springs and the parks. Only 1 hour from cocoa beach! I cannot say enough about this place! I will definitely go back as well as recommend it to all my friends!"
