"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"I accidentally spilled some water while I was watering my pets, I used a washcloth to wipe it up and it came up just filthy. I don’t think they washed the floors."

"The place was nice, but as a first tome visiter, it would have been better if they had given us or emailed me a map of the property. That especially would have been helpful when trying to find my room. We had kids with us, so i wanted to park as close to the room as possible. There were three towers and no obvious indication of where to find my room or which parking lot would be best for our room. Check in was a kiosk, which was fine. However it would be great if the kiosk would offer the option...

"For those attending the Navy Base graduation, the hotel was incredibly supportive in the navigating the process and providing shuttles to pick up tickets and to attend the ceremony. If there was a critique if anything, was the limited amount of people the shuttle could take at one time. "

"When we first arrived and we checked in, I had to use a credit card to pay, even though I produced a receipt showing that I paid already through Expedia’s app. The next morning I went down to talk to The front desk and they told me that Expedia didn’t pay them and they were charging me again. I finally got that squared away with Expedia. Hopefully I will check my credit card today to make sure I’ve been refunded. As far as the room goes, it was OK. The maid service was horrible.
