"This is acute boutique hotel. Quiet, staff are friendly and restaurants are close by and city attractions also are close by. Cold water on third floor even on second day after electricity went off, hoping that after 48 hours that would not be, but could have off set the settings. Breakfast is good. "Booked for a week stay based on good reviews and excellent price. Studio apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor, building at 43). Make sure the front building door closes properly! The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating and friendly!
