Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
They overbooked the hotel and sent us to another hotel for 1 of our nights. The staff refused to listen to you over the phone. They rather just cut you off while you’re talking in person and over the phone. Valet was the best thing far as staff goes!

The air freshener in the lobby and in the floor hallways was disgustingly strong, and it leaked into the bedroom. There was no pool bar, as advertised 😔 The pillows were uncomfortable, but otherwise, clean rooms and hotel.

Our room smelled terrible, the floors where sticky and there is mold around the bathtub. Breakfast was good, parking was good and the staff were good. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was not open. We were really looking forward to have a swin.
