We had problems with the door. The deadbolt locked every time we left the room and we could not open it. The carpets are worn and need replacing. The service was good though.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. Everything was good except the check-in. I was treated like an interruption, not a customer. Maybe it was a bad day. This is my second time staying here. The place is very clean. Staff is always friendly. Valet service top notch. The rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Outside pool is very nice.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Birmingham Homewood
Couldn’t figure out the tv remote and no front desk available for ques., terrible terrible coffee. Warm yogurt, no bananas. Bathroom had a sour smell and as always not enough wash cloths for women.
