"Dem Hotel könnte ich 4 marokkanische Stern geben. Sehr modern und schön ist das Hotel. Die Gegend ist eine gehobene Stadt. Das Hotel- Personal ist nicht so wie andere Städte sehr herzlich/ freundlich/ Gastfreundlich, das hat aber mit der Gegend Zutun, nicht negativ gemeint. Das Hotel könnte ich jedem empfehlen."

"L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. L’appart est très salle. C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilité à des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc. "

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything.
