"Staff very good looking"

"Simple, clean, and convenient. Zero frills."

"Our room when we entered appeared to be clean. The towels were displayed nicely in the bathroom, however, the bathroom floor was very sticky sounding to walk on it. It obviously had been poorly mopped. The worst came hours later when we pulled back the comforter to discover that the sheets had not been changed. The comforter and pillows had been made nicely, but the sheets were wrinkled, had food crumbs and there was a dirty Kleenex in the middle of the bed. We discovered this late at night and...

"Everything was 5 star however the pull out couch in the King suite was horrible! The mattress needed an update or another thick pad on it! My daughter didn't sleep at all as yhe mattress was painful!"

"It's nice property and the restaurant is fantastic"

"The hotel was nice. The bathrooms (specifically the tub/shower) could definitely use some updating, but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The VIP perk was interesting - the 2 free drinks were 2 bottles of Sam’s Club water. A bit of a disappointment. The hotel was in a convenient location."

"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Booked 3 nights, checked in at 8 PM and was KICKED OUT by 10:15 PM! Let me be CLEAR! I did NOT sneak dogs in! I told the front desk I had my dogs. She NEVER asked how many, handed me an agreement so poorly printed it was unreadable, and ran my card for the pet fee. I pointed out I couldn’t read it and she laughed and AGREED! I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3...

"Clean, well maintained with friendly efficient staff, Bedding and towels all seemed quite new. I particularly liked the half moon hot tub with a bay windowed view and being on 4th floor was quiet for rest. Would be nice to have a bathroom nightlight. Easy interstate or 45th street business/ restaurant access."

"While this hotel could use a little attention to cleanliness in the corners, the beds and showers were fine. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was so prevalent in our room that it caused allergic reactions. The smell intensified as the night went on, and even an open window didn't help. In the end, we couldn't sleep because of this and ended up leaving early in the morning just so we could get out of the room. For those who are not bothered by cigarette smoke/odor and are looking...

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Fargo, ND one night. In the morning, the sink drain was slow and the shower drain very slow. The bathroom vent fan did not work at all. With multiple people getting cleaned up, this was a hassle. I notified the person at the front desk of these problems when checking out and inquired about a discount as the room was not in working order. I was told nothing could be done as the room was booked third party. I do not understand why this would matter as the...
