I left something in my room, called several times but no one picked up, nor did anyone call me back. At breakfast when I asked for a 2nd cup of coffee, was told that the coffee machine was broken. So-so service; but the pub was nice in the evening.

Staff were friendly, the menu was excellent.

All Saints Resort
Welcoming staff team, always helpful. Easy parking and check in. Large room double aspect windows overlooking the golf course with good facilities. Great gym and pool in the hotel. Good choice at breakfast with a friendly staff team.

The White Horse Inn
Stayed in a Sheperds Hut. Loved it, so much more character than 4 plain walls

Lackford Lakes Barns
The cottage was part of a small gated complex. It was mid terrace and located a few miles out of Bury St Edmunds. Thetford Hive
Room was great, then when night time came it got cold due to the constantly open window vent. By morning the bathroom smelt mouldy and the towels smelt too. Disappointed given the price
