"To start with when we arrived the was a number on the door of the bar ( witch was closed because of electrical issues) to ring for some one to bring the key , we waited 20 mins and some one turned up . We asked why the bar wasn't open and were told they had had a leak and it had burned out the electrics. ..."

"Toilet didnt fkush in our room. I had to use the showerhead myself to get it to clear away. Did let staff know and they informed us that maintanance would sort it after we left. This didnt help us.
