The bed smelled of pee which made the room stink and the covers and sheets smelled of pee my child and I slept in chairs because of this …the lady at check in was absolutely wonderful

The beds were hard. That alone messed my back up for a week. No continental breakfast. The refrigerator door dragged the carpet because it was missing parts to keep it level on the floor. No one was at the desk during the day. I got what I paid for I guess.

Do not believe every thing you read.

It need repair,it was pile of wood on the side of thr room did not see it until we took our bags out ,the lock on the bathroom was loose, etc.

The property was run down. The manager was very very rude. The areas around the hotel appeared unsafe. There were several drug deals that happened within our view.

upon check in the lady working the night shift was very nice and friendly. However the next morning, I assume was the owner and his wife... They were very rude. They would not print a receipt. The place was empty until the power line workers arrived, I would not recommend this place for a family stay.

Hot tub drain was broken and they had some shoddy plug that really didnt hold the water long at all. Toilet was also broken, so not able to flush, also leaking onto the floor. This place needs a real update or replacement.

Extremely disappointed

Super 8 at Forrest City was not as advertised. Microwave was broken, phone was dead, WIFI didn’t work and the free breakfast listed in description was not available! Facility was not very clean. Even the cart to bring in my luggage was broken! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pictures online are nothing like the room you get. Holes in the tub. Ceiling had major damage. Walls half painted floor felt like you was walking on bumps. Everything was just nasty. Light fixtures pulled off wall. Pillow cases had a name of a hospital on them. Just all together disgusting

Room had wood boards on the floor with nails sticking out. Bathroom sink had no hot water. You could turn it on under the sink but then it wouldn’t turn off. Mirror had toothpaste spit on it. Safety lock was falling off. Bed was comfy. Coffee good in lobby but only powdered cream. Bottom line $63 for room 108 was not worth it.

Check in was great, the girls at the front desk was friendly. Room smelled like dog & not in a good way. But it was clean and spacious. Bed was great & so was the pillows. Stated that it had continental breakfast, it did not!!! There was a coffee machine and that was it. However, at 8am I was drinking my coffee in my room and housekeeping was banging on my door wanting to come in. That ticked me off & still don’t understand why they did that. I packed up my suitcase and left.

Really bad hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in was minimal. Clerk did not speak except to ask my name and state the room #. There was no breakfast as advertised, the laundry was out of order and we chose this site so we could do laundry. The doors were all coming apart. Exterior doors would not open and close without great effort and when we got up at 6 all exterior doors were open, so zero security. We stayed at a super 8 the night before so I know this is not typical of super 8. You should pull your name off this location

Entire lobby reeked of what I assume was vape smoke. Desk clerk clearly seemed annoyed that I interrupted his TV watching and phone time. The room I was given was the closest to the reception desk. Door was propped open and their was trash in the tras can. Looked like it was the desk clerks break room/bathroom. Paid for this room based on ‘breakfast included’. Nope. Was told ‘That’s what you get for booking online’. Never again.

Everything was horrible, it wasn’t clean, the carpet was disgusting, there was hair all over the shower and wrapped in every “clean” towels, shower pressure was absolutely horrible, there was 1 pillow in the KING SIZE BED, there were NO trash bags or liners in the ice bucket/ trash can, no phone in room, no iron and website says wifi but you have to request password from manager. We stayed in a business sweet…never again. 0/5 stars.

Desk clerk was too absorbed in her phone to notice a guest was waiting to check in. Clock radio in room was disfunctional. Toilet flapper didn’t seal, so it ran all night. There was no coffee (or anything else) available in the lobby as advertised. The morning desk clerk said she was too sick to put out coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was fine. Pretty clean and comfortable. What does one expect for $60?
