"Good value for the money. The whole place was clean but it could use updating and there were a few things that needed repair or replacing. The couch cushions were peeling, there was no stopper for the kitchen sink, and at least one downspout was in need of replacing. It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. "This was a great place for a trip to Branson. The house was clean and great, some age spots like a broken drawer here, light out there, slow fridge and stove but functional, nothing serious unless you're a perfectionist. Had everything I needed for a stay with 4 kids. Saved a ton of money by just getting grocery delivery and making our own meals in the full kitchen (pizzas, spaghetti and meatballs, sandwiches). Pre-chilled water in the fridge for outings. SDC and the strip are 10 to 15 minutes...
