"Rooms were spacious. But most the locks on the doors had been pulled off which was weird. Our lock didn’t work so we had to go down again. Staff was nice and breakfast had lots of options."

"I am extremely upset with my experience. This morning I left my room, I placed the do not disturb plaque on my door, and left my phone in my room at 9:45 am to walk to the parking lot. As I returned several minutes later, the housekeeping services was leaving my room with a garbage bag! I immediately asked what they were doing in my room. They responded with a reply that they thought I had left, and took my phone! I was in directed to have to go pick up my phone downstairs where I was ID deed....

"The housekeeping staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. And when they came in to do housekeeping, they made the beds so nice and left tons of fresh towels. The breakfast was decent and the dining area very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which had plenty of towels and was clean. We are at Cactus Red's across the parking lot and had some amazing shrimp fajitas! We will definitely stay here again!"

"This Hampton is part of the Ogden historic district. Recognize the historic value of the location. Parking was a bit disjointed and not easy unless you drive a compact. Disappointed in room bathroom, vanity counter, too deep, watery mess. Amenities; no hair dryer, something I count on as a Hilton Honors member. "The room was good and clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. Your location otherwise was great and very convenient to visit the surrounding areas. Thanks"

"Check in happened at the end of front desk hours. We followed the after hours check in procedures on a sign at the closed window. During this time, two different employees walked past us without saying a word to us. We waited for a longer time than advised (more than 10 minutes advised) for a third employee to open the window and check us in. "The person at check in was rude and not friendly, in fact even lied to us about room availability. Luckily I checked Expedia and for there was availability and it was $100 cheaper. There were no handles in the shower or toliet area, the toliet was low and small, elderly person had hard time getting up. The rooms were not updated to include charging stations so we had to difficulty charging all the devices."
