"We love staying here!! The fitness center is large and has many cardio machines, weights and a few machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son loves the indoor/outdoor pool so I booked the first week of June for 3 days. The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance the first week of summer so he didn’t get to sw at all. If I would have know this I would have just chosen another hotel."

"Caveat-No coffee in room. I asked them to bring it to the room but it never arrived. Geez, Holiday Inn, I paid $400 a night and have to request a coffee pot? Clean rooms, mostly accommodating staff. All in all, it was a pleasant stay."

"The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy."

"Pros: The staff were all friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The location was nice and quiet. Cons: The breakfast looked very unappetizing. They did have yogurt,so that saved the day. The picnic table in the back needs to maybe be replaced. That was the only outdoor area for gathering. We didn’t use the pool area. There was a small pool and hot tub. Overall, it was decent for what we paid."

"First off, the room we booked, a 2 bedroom suite was not available even though I booked it months before the trip. Ended up getting 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Rooms were clean, the lady at check in was a bit overwhelmed, was a bit stressed over our room being given away. Breakfast was okay. It was nice having the full kitchen since my daughter had to wash bottles and her pumping equipment."

"Everything was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were plush and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel."

"Drug activity Used sheet, I said sheet because was only one. The next person got same sheet. I saw the housekeeper tighten sheet and left room. I was so tired had to stay. slept in clothes on top of sheet. As soon as I woke up I hurried out."

"Beautiful property and outstanding experience with Elizabeth at check-in. The pillows were pitiful - no support whatsoever, as flat as pancakes, which caused a restless night."

"This hotel had nothing special, but good people and good location to several nearby restaurants (Hacienda Real was good for us). The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was essentially waffle maker or cereal. If you want nicer amenities, a bigger breakfast, or more to do in a hotel this is not the place for you. If you are simply looking for a more affordable hotel to sleep in this is a good spot. For my travel purposes, I would have no issue staying there again in the future."

"This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates."
