"This is a fun place to stay. Unfortunately not as thrilling as my teenagers would have liked, they would have loved it when they were younger. The staff are very present and supervise the safety of everyone well."

"The location was great and the room was very spacious. Loved that! A few of the staff were quite rude, actively rushing me along even though we had just arrived. One of the workers was lovely but two were not. I didn’t love that you had to pay for breakfast and that it wasn’t included so I can’t say anything about it, as we ate some bagels in the room that we had brought with us."

"Overall great service and lovely hotel but I would recommend you bring your own pillow to avoid a flat nothing inside of it type or one filled with rocks. We were woken repeatedly by the jumbo jet sound of the air conditioning unit kicking in throughout the night, as well as another loud rumble at regular intervals that sounded like a roller coaster moving above us. We were not bothered by the noise the last time we stayed on a higher floor with Fallsview so maybe it was the floor/room? 1098 city view. View wasn’t great but didn’t mind that."
