"The staff is a standout for this property. Delores checked me in, and she’s a class act. : ) Room was pretty basic — but comfortable! Slept well. A/C blew strong. Room doesn’t have many outlets — so you can tell this Best Western property was built before everyone had gadgets that need charging. : ) Bathroom was super basic. Toilet was one of the short ones. Slight smell of mildew — probably the shower curtain. But all surfaces (sink, shower) were clean. Plenty of parking! Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Clean room. Very quiet. Conveniently located near two major roads so it was easy to find. The motel is located in the parking lot of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants also located in the parking lot, which gave us a wide selection of dinner offerings and shopping. The staff were very helpful when we had questions or needed something. Breakfast had multiple offering that satisfied everyone from our 8 year old to our 75 year old - cereals, eggs, sausage, breads, juice, etc. "

"The first room we got at check-in had such a strong pet urine stench that we walked right out and back to the front desk. Our next room was not smelly so we stayed. The layout is very odd. The TV isn't really conveniently places to the bed(s) or couch so that was a little awkward. Finally, I went looking for a hair dryer because it wasn't in the bathroom and found it in the closet by the bed and window. However, I did not even take it out because a cockroach hurried out with the door. Thank goodness my daughter didn't see it. We only stayed one night and powered through it but won't be coming back. It's unfortunate because it really is a great location and the hotel looks clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. "

"The room was clean but very out dated. The bathroom door did not latch shut, no coffee maker but coffee was offered in the lobby, the ice maker on the second floor was very old & not working. The bed was comfortable & the staff was helpful & pleasant. That’s the only good thing of this Red Roof Inn. Save your money "
