"Attractive hotel and garden. Excellent breakfast choice and efficient and friendly breakfast staff. I enjoyed the pool in the spa area and my husband loved the private hot tub on our patio. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). "Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. Every member of staff were super friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again for Guernsey. The only downside was lack of car parking. Sic spaces which are first come first serve basis but we luckily didn't have any trouble."

"Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel."
