"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. "Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. "

"We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly lady that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a kitchenette which came in handy. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. The coffee maker was fully stocked. We felt very safe and secure there. The breakfast had a wide choice of items from pancakes and sausage to cereals and fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend this hotel as everything was great!"

"We booked an oceanfront room, upon check in we were told we would be on the 2nd floor with an oceanfront view, we went to store and went back to check in and the previous girl helping us wasn't there, the room we got was "oceanfront " but you can not see the ocean , very disappointed with this , we paid for and oceanfront view, so just know if you book you might not get the view you requested. The bottom floor rooms should be cheaper then the second. Very disappointed."

"The breakfast is the typical Hampton Inn fare. Had something from each category of breakfast foods. All well heated, frozen preprepared, such as small tin omelets with a cheese inside, thin bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, and waffles you make from batter."
