"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. "I expected a little better view of the water since it was so close to the river. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with pods since we weren't planning to buy food supplies. They gave very good suggestions about places to eat. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. We would stay there again."

"The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM."

Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. "

"The person who assisted us, a gentleman, was incredibly helpful. He showed me a map of the beaches and explained everything I needed to know about the park near the beaches. "Room was clean and the beds were so comfortable! Staff was helpful & very polite. Loved having the sliding back door made it very convenient to get to my car easily as I’m handicapped and it’s hard to walk long distances plus the view was gorgeous. The pool was clean and felt amazing. I love the close convenient access to the pier as well. Great location."
