"Small property clise to the beach. Room had a door for an adjoining room and we could hear everything. No privacy at all. No staff to assist, tv didnt work, safe was locked when we got to the room and no one came to open it after asking twice for assistance.

"This was a beautiful boutique hotel that surprised us. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation stated that check in time was 3pm. Automated check-in and out, nearby restaurants and close to both the cruise port and the airport make this an easy choice. "Jennie at the bar for breakfast, Jiovanna at the pool & Donte at the pool, as well as the gentleman at the beach who was taking orders and giving drinks - all exceptional. Made up for lack of customer service from other employees.
Would wish they have microwaves in the rooms especially for families with younger kids who need to warm up milk? Made no sense to pay that much for a room and not have a microwave.
The Ocean restaurant is insanely expensive for the food rating it has.
