Room was amazing, very spacious Made to order breakfast was good Elevators were a nightmare on cruise day, waited over 20 minutes to get one, then had to go up to come back down, nearly missed our shuttle!

Beautiful room and hotel. Still having growing pains, just opened. Staff helpful. Good food in the restaurants and priced well. Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port
Clean room. Good wi-fi. Friendly staff. Check out was quick but I found it interesting that guests need to see someone in person to check out. Other hotels let you drop the key in the box or leave in the room. Any extra charges go on your credit card. Why the in person checkout?
