"Great stay"

"Parent suite 3 is spacious and well maintained. It was plenty of room for a family with two teens. We could’ve brought a third, as there were three twin beds in the children’s room. There were no bugs or lizards in the room. I saw the Orkin guy making his rounds as we were headed out. Just thought I’d let you know if that kind of thing is important to you! (It is to me!) "There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

"A bit run down, could well do with a major facelift. Breakfast like a 3 star diner at best. Ok to stay for a night or two for business but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Well located right next to the I95 and a bunch of dining options right next door. All the staff was nice and helpful."
