"Wifi is not working good, elevator right wing only one working so people have to que long time"

"The hotel and rooms are old. It's noisy outside. There were workers doing maintenance, which wasn't a great experience. Even though the guy gave us a better room, it still wasn't clean or modern enough. The New Yorker Hotel has a good reputation, and I hope they take better care of it in the future."

"The elevator service was simply inadequate. During our stay, we frequently had to wait several minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby. There weren't enough elevators, sometimes one or more were out of service, and they were too small to accommodate all the hotel guests and their luggage. At least once, some of us, frustrated that we couldn't get an elevator to take us down to the elevator, pressed the "up" button, went up to the top floor, and then stayed on the elevator to get down...

"Room was clean and properly stocked with everything we needed. Stafff was wonderful from the doormen to counter to bar , we had a great experience. The hotel is closed to the museums and also close to public transportation which was a big plus for us. We traveled with our dog and had a lot of fun walking her to the park which was only two blocks away. 100% recommended!!!! Great restaurants in the area too"
