"Overall enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and comfy and in spite of being on the 2nd floor facing the street it wasn’t too loud. I did feel like it was overpriced considering the bathroom had no amenity kit (is Q tip too much to ask when I am paying almost $500 a night?) and didn’t even have hair conditioner (if you have hair you know that a combo shampoo with conditioner is not gonna do the trick). "The room was clean and pretty. But it was too small for two people and one of the bedside cabinets was broken. The bed was also too close to the bathroom making the path to the bathroom narrow. I hit my shin on the corner of the bed as a result."

"Upon arrival we attempted to check in via the self service kiosk. Our room was not ready at 7:30pm, so we went to the service desk. The gentleman who assisted us was not super friendly, just seemed irritated with having to be at work. The elevator situation is horrible, there are three elevators with one operating at any time. We have to stand in a line to take it. Once in our room, it was a beautiful view. The room was okay, not the best cleaning. Candy on the floor and some chips in the paint...
