"This is an older property. The pictures are a little deceiving. Overall it was a good stay."

"This property is nestled between a hospital and a ihop. Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches. Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster. "

"The staff at the Comfort Inn Suites near Sabino Canyon were very kind and welcoming. The pool looked cool (though I did not use it) the all over atmosphere was a really cool idea with little inner plaza feelings between different sections of the hotel and outdoor access to your room. My room didn’t have a working tv in it, as they just installed direct tv boxes but missed mine. I could have asked for a nee room but really didn’t feel like it at that point. "I wish I had known that it would be under construction. Jack hammers, construction noise, the smell of paint, smoke detectors going off. When the smoke detectors went off I tried to call the office 3 times to see if it was really a fire or a test. The staff was rude except for the blonde woman when I checked in. The woman who checked me out was incredibly rude. I guess I was interrupting her TV show. House keeping staff was friendly. Will not be coming back."

"We absolutely love staying at Graduate hotels whenever possible. They really help you feel planted in the place you are visiting, and this stay was no exception. The room and lobby were beautifully decorated, as is the usual with Graduate hotels. The Moonstone bar and rooftop bar were truly incredible. We were here during summer break, so parking wasn’t a big issue, but I can see how it would be hard if students were around."

"Nice spot in Tucson. Parking wasn’t a problem as I had been led to worry about from other reviews. Very noisy on Saturday night. Hot water issues that were eventually resolved. Management was responsive."

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Still one of my favorite places to stay. Just a classic property in a gorgeous setting. The Canyon Suite is a great way to go. Separate bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, wet bar, and another huge bathroom. Professional, courteous staff throughout the property. Tucson’s best hotel hands down."

"Its like having a small cottage village with a nice courtyard in the middle of the city. You're within walking distance of everything downtown, the rooms are cozy, good amenities and a peaceful place to relax. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend."
