"The accommodations were great BUT the staff were beyond excellent. To a person they were friendly, helpful and professional. If there were a rating better than EXCELLENT, they would have earned it!"

"This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping only changes sheets. The floors havent been cleaned in who knows how long. Food was splashed all over the walls and curtains. Chunks were out of the bathroom door. The faucets were put on backwards. Just dusty and dirty, dirty dirty. If i didnt have someplace to be during the day, i would have left right away."

"Short stay near family. Staff was friendly and efficient. Beds were fine--appreciate actual sheets! The hotel is showing its age in some areas, but it's taken care of and quite adequate for our purposes. Quick hit, adequate, real breakfast items, and the staff there was great at keeping it serviced."

"We really liked the layout of the resort and the rooms. Our major complaint was the noisy water pipes!! When a neighboring unit took a shower the noise in our room was extremely noisy!!!"

"Some of these newer hotels are all look and no real bones. Very clean and service was good. Floors and walls so thin you will hear everyone around you. Has “amenities” but not any real way to use them without fronting extra cash. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Both my partner and I woke up with back aches, head aches, and with multiple wakes up throughout the night. Did fine in a pinch, but lower grade hotels actually have breakfast and comfier beds! "
