Loved the king suit and it had everything you need dishes bowls pots pans forks knives spoons glasses coffee maker toaster cook top microwave and fridge walk in shower. Love this place.

The room had a smell of cleaning solution. Had to turn off the a/c unit because the fan made a loud noise. The shower sprayed water over the floor. Not what I expected!!!

The rooms were very clean and updated. Staffing was great and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast was also good, multiple options to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly, but as you can expect pillows were filled with air. We had such a great time stuffing the pillows with the extra towels we were able to get. Unfortunately there werent any extra pillows to go around. The best part was having to hear very loud music from a bar right next to the hotel until about 2am. We called the front desk they already knew what the problem was, and was familiar because it was an ongoing problem. They said they would call the sheriff but after 30 minutes we decided to call ourselves. Local law enforcement showed up and was able to get the bar to quiet down for 10 minutes before they went back to max sound. The walls are also very thin so if you have active neighbors then you will get an opportunity to enjoy the ound they make. If you have a long trip ahead of you the next day after a long day at Carowinds and want your much needed sleep interrupted or impossible to obtain due to terrible pillows and loud noises then this hotel is the best place you'll find!

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review and feedback. I would like to sincerely apologize that this was the experience you had. Unfortunately, our area is not considered residential and the city's sound ordinance allows excessive music until 2am. When we receive complaints, we do call the local Sheriff's office; unfortunately, like us, their hands are tied because the bar is not breaking the sound ordinance. We hate when this impacts our guests and staff, but have yet to be able to find a resolution with the city or the bar at this time. We do hope you'll give us another chance in the future to provide an exceptional experience.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. Pet friendly which is important to us. Nice hot breakfast. Room has refrigerator, cook top, microwave and dishwasher and coffee pot. Really made it easy to feel at home. They also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which is great because it’s one less thing I have to pack.

Nice place to stay and having a kitchenette was also good. However we stayed on the back part of the hotel and there is a bar back there that plays music very loudly until 2am which was not enjoyable and made it difficult to sleep. Guests should know about the music and bar before booking.

We apologize about the bar, we are working to come to a mutual understanding with those that operate the bar; however, our biggest obstacle is the city's noise ordinance that has larger restrictions on residential areas than areas where business operate. Check in lady very unfriendly never greeted us, I told her why I was there, she is watching videos on her phone Check out ladies in the morning where very friendly wish I would have had them last night. I stayed her because I had stayed at a different Town Place before and the service was fantastic. Had I checked the reviews I would have never stayed there. So unless management steps in and changes it’s never gonna get good reviews

Great location, very friendly staff, excellent amenities, very clean,comfortable bedding. My only complaint is the incidental fee that wasnt displayed when booking & the complimentary breakfast was disgusting. But even with those issues id absolutely stay again

They should close for a complete cleaning of the rooms. Room 222, tub did not drain, toilet was plugged, moved the ottoman and it looked like it was never moved to vacuum under. Went to make coffee and found a moldy, green growing used filter in the pot. Outside of the property and common areas were very clean. Women doing breakfast was wonderful. Spoke to the office and she said she would notify cleaning staff and manager. She also said I would get points credited to my account and a phone call from the manager. Still waiting…..

As discussed on the phone, I worked with my housekeeping team that day to show areas of improvement and confirm our procedures are followed in every room.
