"Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel. Overall i wish i would have booked somewhere else or wished the website stated they were having issues so i could book elsewhere. Overall I am highly disappointed."

Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!"
