"When you get there check the sheets and anything else that should have been cleaned. Don't expect much from the management. Property has been remodeled but as cheaply as possible. 32-in TVs and cheap mattresses will make you wish you checked other properties"

"Absolutely stunning property and great location! We used the resorts biked and road around the island exploring its beauty. The pools (there’s many) were so refreshing! There was just so much for the everyone to do. They loved the seashell station after walking the beach to find shells. Would love to come back to this charming island again. Room was also super clean and big!! "

"As soon as we arrived, my daughter’s room needed to be changed immediately. There were stains all over the lampshades the couch had stains all over it, and I actually found a piece of bacon on the couch. We switched her room and honestly the second room they gave her was not much better. My room was also not great at all. The faucets in my bathroom were covered in gunk and goo and I asked for the room to be cleaned again, but it was not fixed. There was women’s hair on the shower walls before any of us either showered. Our safe was broken and we needed someone to come up and fix it our toilet clogged after putting a little bit of toilet paper in it. When I went to the front desk, they took $50 off of my bill but honestly, I would never recommend this place and I would certainly never return. "

"The check in process was a bit frustrating as if any damages were incurred you would be a 100% responsible, for instance, the blinds. so, I pictured every bent blind, scratch, mark on the wall and sent them to frank our host. he acknowledged and said thanks. unfortunately, this weekend was a cold one. the unit was cold and average temp was like 65, unacceptable for me and my husband. even though the thermostat said 78, it was in the 60,s . the place was clean and everything was in order. will I stay there again, nope . If I was a spring breaker, for sure, but I'm not a spring breaker. "
