"This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. "Really good. Got a 2 queen bedroom, the room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The booking process was super easy to. I booked at around 11:45 at night and arrived to the hotel at 11:52 and my booking was already processed and ready. The desk person at front was super kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is the finest Hampton Inn we have enjoyed. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, the front desk staff was top notch, the breakfasts were fine, the property is spotless, and the room was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and beds were perfect for restful sleeping. There is a very nice outdoor pool. High five!"
