"This is my husband and I second stay here at this hotel. We stayed here back in 2023 for my husband's birthday and this time for our anniversary. From start to finish our stay was great the check in process with Hannah went very smooth. Hannah was very accommodating even helping us get the room we asked for. The room was spacious, CLEAN and the balcony oceanfront view was breath-taking. The front desk, house men/ housekeeping staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating as well. I also like the new feature of how to request your car I never waited a full 15 minutes for my car. Another feature I liked about this hotel as well was food deliveries had to meet you at the front as a security measure. Only had 2 dislikes and they were the pillows weren't firm enough for my liking and the breakfast wasn't that great even though it was complimentary. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to local eateries and shops. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay as much as we could due to unforseen circumstances and will definitely revisit in the near future this year."

"I checked in and got to the room to find out that the temp of the room was 79 degrees. I called down to mention this and they said someone already told me the AC was not working. No one ever communicated this to me or my plans may have changed. I had my 6 children with me one being a 1 year old and it was a disaster of a stay. The temperature was nicer outside than in the room. It was a long sweaty 2 nights and miserable sleep for my daughter and her cheer competition. The hot tub was also broken which was not communicated. I tried resolving this issue directly with staff and they were no help. Beware if comfort is something you seek for your stay. "

"Had a ocean front suit and everything was good, except the main room the sliding glass door to the balcony door handle was broken off, and even when trying to slide the door open with your hands it wad extremely hard, we gave up after the first night."
