Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed.

I don’t recommend. You can hear your neighbors every move and sexual interactions. I see why ear plugs were left on the night stand. Bathroom wasn’t clean enough and most of everything inside of the bathroom was broken. Water pressure was terrible; inside the bathroom but great in the kitchen area. The room had a horrible smell but I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners. The air conditioner stopped working at night or something; because it gets very hot. I should have gotten a room, I didn’t want to be around a lot of people but next time I’m getting a hotel room. Parking also was terrible!

I stayed here for about a week to visit my boyfriend. The room was very clean as well as the water pressure for the shower was amazing. The owners and staff were amazing at communicating. Parking wasn’t horrible and was actually pretty decent. I know that is one of the big let downs for some costumers but I didn’t mind it. The room looked exactly like the pictures and it was a nice get away place and it’s right near the beach!! Will stay here again :)

I stayed here last year and absolutely loved the place so went back…this year I’m guessing it had different people running it cuz it was not clean…I went to bed after being out in the sun and was chilled so pulled the extra blanket up and it had vomit on it…so I ended up washing all of the bedding to be sure it was clean…the dryers worked when they wanted and there r two washers one of which was broken my whole trip and thinking housekeeping left their items in there cuz they sat over 24 hours so I took them out to wash my stuff…the cupboard door was off when I arrived…the tub had a crack and appeared dirty…so I took a shower, and the towel rack fell so my towel went into the toilet…I took out the garbages when leaving and there was mold sitting in the bottom which had clearly been there a while…the pillows were yellow I noticed when I ended up washing the bedding definitely disappointed after the great stay last year the way things had got run down and not clean anymore…but they did respond to messages…and I did bring things to their attention but felt bad for even having to message about any of it… but hoping it gets better! I should have taken more photos as things happened and I noticed during the stay but these were three I took when I walked in that I noticed instantly and didn’t want to be charged for…

It was an okay stay. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was dingy and not very clean. Come: the walls are VERY thin, and the guests don’t respect the quiet hours (the property was great at response time with the complaints.) Parking was also another issue, barely any space to park without parking half a mile away. The door keypad was another issue, batteries sucked and took multiple tries to get into the unit. Overall a decent stay but didn’t enjoy it due to the issues we faced.

We love the setup of the property and will definitely be staying again!! Only 3 things is I think check in time should be sooner in the afternoon maybe like 2 instead of 4. I wish the information was sent sooner in the day to keep from stressing if it’ll be sent by time and 3rd is when you try to call the number they give nobody answers and it gets sent to voicemail other than that everything was great!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 12-15 mins away from Destin. Apartment was clean overall.. The walls are thin so i heard the neighbors about once during our 6 night stay on a late night talking.. There were no hangers ( luckily i packed my foldable travel hangers i got off Temu). There's no safe box in the room (luckily i brought a nice size travel one off Temu). There's no stopper in bathroom sink. Hole is very large, so be careful of loose jewelry or other small items around sink area. In need of an area to hang up wet clothes from the beach. Maybe owner can put up a hanging rack of some sort outside. The water pressure is weak. Very hot water but the pressure is to low. My hubby had an issue with that since he's a big guy. And if u remove the pillow cases, the pillows were stained yellow (luckily i packed lysol spray and my own pillow cases). I sprayed the bed and pillows down ( i put down my on blankets and new pillow cases on top of the ones provided and slept like that). I never unmade the bed so who knows how the bed sheet looked. Umm i would only stay here again if im on a budget.. overall its a very very decent spot, just needs some adjustments.
