"There was no body wash in the shower, completely empty. The lobby and hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was not edible. Food was cold, eggs were watery. Even though the hotel was quiet and room was clean, I would not stay there again."

"Welcoming- decor and staff. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good; lots of choices. I wish the TV channel selection was better, and only one ice machine on 1st floor — it ran out often. The friendly/helpful staff were so nice — registration, housekeeping, and breakfast workers. My first stay at Avid and I will stay again."

"This is basic accommodation with no elevator. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo and body wash in the shower had pump tops which are easier to use than the squeeze bottles so many places use now. We didn't try the included breakfast but it didn't look like there was a lot of options."
