"This was a very negative experience for us. Checked in ok, property wasn't great but looked serviceable. Looks can be deceiving! NO hot water. The front desk made excuses for threecdays. Found out another guest had been there for two weeks and the same issue. They were also told the repair was working on it. Or that is JUST went back out. Lies, lies and more lies. If the water had been fixed in a normal amount of time I could understand but the other probles were more noticeable due to this...

"Everything was good. The prices were better than surrounding area. Ice machine not working on any floor. Everyone was pleasant and it was a nice, peaceful stay. Room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good"

The hotel room however, had a broken and loud fan in the bathroom, outlets did not work and the coffee machine only worked using the bathroom outlet, there were a few stains on the mattress topper, heard noises throughout the night and thought someone was trying to break in the room multiple times (even though no one was). Breakfast was okay. "

"So let’s start out with the fact someone went in our room and pillaged through our stuff and stole some jewelry. I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing.. "

"This is definately a hidden gem in the city! The bungalows are very intimate and private with a great patio on the roof of each one. Pool and outdoor area is perfect for a romantic getaway. Not for the claustriphobic for sure. Only drawback was the water pressure in the shower. We will definately be coming back!"
