"Room and hotel were clean and the room was nice. Beware though, there is no elevator - only stairs. Difficult if you have any disabilities or are carrying heavy luggage."

"The bed is so high that I had to sleep on the pull out couch with the flimsy mattress. There was no sheet on it so I just slept on the mattress itself. I injured myself when I lay down too hard because of the thin mattress. The desk chair arm was broken. The bathroom floor was sticky. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was only one working ice machine in the whole building. But the most disappointing part is how unfriendly the front staff was. The person that checked me in did not even look up from the computer to look at me when I went to the desk to check in. When he spoke, his tone was very unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Felt safe, comfortable rooms, ac in 410 was ice cold so we slept great, awesome kitchen and perfect to save money when traveling for softball team. We will absolutely stay her again!"

"The hotel was very clean, from top to bottom. The breakfast area was small, but well kept and well stocked. A Nescafé instant brew station was a treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. My room was on the backside, and had zero noise from outside. I struggle to find a hotel mattress that is firm and supportive, so many are downright soft and after a couple nights, my lower back hurts all day. The Best Western mattress was better (for me) than most others at a similar rate. It’s a convenient location, whether passing through or staying awhile. Having a Waffle House right next door isn’t a bad thing either."

"Trust me, it's worth a little extra for the security of knowing this hotel will be a lot more safe, relaxing. The beds and bedding at Comfort Inn is 10x better than other budget chains."
