This was a good experience. Have tried Motel 6 again since because of this stay. Clean, comfortable. Nice room. Good assistance from staff. Would stay there again.

This is a new property in Lake Worth, TX. The owners, the young men who manage the front desk, and the staff is housekeeping are very friendly and so very kind. One side of the property is Motel 6. The other side is Studio 6. The 3rd floor is for guests with dogs. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and felt like family. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this property.

Have used this facility as a stopping point when driving through … its location perfect right off highway, also great location for restaurants and pharmacies if needed … less than 15 minutes from downtown… kind of a hidden gem checks off boxes for me being budget conscious. Affordable and friendly

Overall great stay. Mostly clean property. There were a few moments of loud folks, but mostly really quiet spot. The bed was very creaky and pretty firm but overall a comfortable sleeping experience. Hot shower and cold A/C. Only coffee available in the morning, but that's all I desired. You get what you pay for here. It's not a luxury spot, but it was a clean, quiet, comfortable friendly visit. The surrounding area isn't the best neighborhood but I didn't run into any problems. It's a great option for a traveler on a budget, and it's close to several spots in FW. Would definitely stay again.

Fort Worth vacation

A short trip with friends for a 5k/half marathon in Fort Worth. The rooms were clean and worth the money we paid, but the website was not accurate regarding free breakfast. Only coffee was served. Not enough to keep us from staying here again, but still. A bit disappointed.

We had a very pleasant stay here and would highly recommend it. I was told it had been open for 5 months and it was very apparent because it was clean and very comfortable. We had no problems at all and it fit our needs for a very reasonably priced, clean, safe, accommodating hotel.
