"We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. What really stood out, however, was the front desk staff. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel appreciated as guests. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the staff made the entire experience easy...

"The hotel is nice and appears well maintained. It is an 8 minute drive from Kings Island which is a major plus. We were only here to shower, sleep, and to have breakfast so to us it was completely fine. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue we encountered was that the room fridge did not get cold at all. Other than that a pleasant stay. We would book again if coming to KI!"

"Well the room wasn’t very clean. Looked like mold in the tub and ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling off even on high. I think the front desk person is over worked he was sleeping at one point. The breakfast was the best and very good. Everyone was very nice tho."

"Staff was friendly and nice. Had a pool and hot tub but we didn't use it. Breakfast looked good but we didn't eat. Had access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Awesome area. Was close to everything. Within driving distance. Will definitely stay here again. Just wish the sink and shower/toilet was together. It small. My only complaint was the bed was firmer than I like and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Kept coming open."

"Breakfast cold eggs and proteins —-not kept at temp 3 of my 5 day stay. manager wanted to argue about temp rather than fix problem. would not temp food (show me thermometer) Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team! Room in suite...

"The whole staff is friendly the pool and jacuzzi at night had green and blue lights in them. The pool and Jacuzzi was very clean. Indoor really pretty really pretty front doors with water falls. As far as the tubs in the room in my room in particular, it could’ve been a little more upgraded but as far as the rooms, the rooms is clean Bigg TV I had double queen beds really quiet. The breakfast was amazing. The people was amazing. I definitely give it 10 out of 10."
