"The hotel was musty and smokey despite being a smoke free property. My husband entered the room and was bit by bugs immediately. He took a photo of one bug and quickly went downstairs. He told the clerk who didn't act surprised. My husband proceeded to request an uber and moved to another hotel. We called Expedia immediately, and they were unable to get the hotel on the phone. A few days later we got an email from Expedia saying the hotel refused the refund. I would NOT recommend this hotel at...

"This property needs to get their work done faster, waiting over 1 hour and a half after check in times is unacceptable and then have their manager pitch at you for a they problem when they tell you to come back in 20 minutes and room still not ready till an hour later sucks."

We got a partial refund because we paid cash and they didn’t have enough cash on hand to accommodate us so they offered us points that were supposed to pay for...
