"Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. Finally, after he did and left another guest did ask if she could play music and I told her please no we will be leaving soon. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it. I went to relax and nothing about my experience was relaxing."

"I was changed to 4 rooms due to water leaks and various problems. Final room smelled like smoke. I cannot recommend staying here"

"Our weekend stay was very comfortable. Great location, free parking, comfortable beds, nice hotel lobby to lounge. The only thing I would comment was our room furniture. The chair had food stains on it from previous guests because it was still wipeable. I took a Clorox wipe and wiped it down but kind of gross. Kids enjoyed the small pool but said the water was very cold. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"Well check in was simple. We went up to the room and there was a stain on our comforter. My husband called down and the front desk had us bring the stained one down and gave a new one. Then my 9 month old baby girl, my 11 year old son, and I were swimming Friday morning and there was a worker that came out of the bathroom in the pool area and started putting pool chemicals in at the deep end while we were in the pool. He never once said a word to us, just came from a room and had two full measuring cups full of chlorine. Now I don’t know your rules but I would have thought something like that would be done during the hours that the pool was closed, not while anyone was swimming, let alone a baby!! This was extremely annoying and insensitive. This was not okay! "
