"We paid extra for the breakfast room but felt it wasn't worth it. No bacon, just sausage. Orange juice from a Tropicana bottle. The waiter was lovely but they ran out of things and he was always running back to the kitchen. All staff was very nice. Free parking available across the street."

"The hotel and room were clean. Most staff were very helpful and pleasant except for the young lady at checkout. Was not friendly at all! Breakfast was good! The towels and washcloths were very cheap. Thin and hard. I would recommend bringing your own. The hotel was in a great area. I would recommend but don’t forget your towels and washcloths!"

"I stayed at this hotel for 6 days while I was in town for a conference. Housekeeping did not come to our room once and our key cards rarely worked. I was constantly down at the front desk asking them to reset my key card, and staff were incredibly dismissive and rude."

"The property was filthy the bedding had burn holes on the comforters the sheets had stain on them the toilet would not flush they didn't clean up the trash cans outside it was dirty I want my money back"

"The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

"Location was convenient for me in Towson, otherwise, everything was terrible. The dirtiest and least maintained hotel I’ve ever used. Strong smell and or smoke of weed everywhere!!"
