Loved our balcony room. Cozy bed. Great staff. Easy walkable location to the Royal Mile and Victoria Street, the fountains and the Scott Monument. Overall central location. Pool is nice too. Highly recommend a balcony room.

Room was nice and tidy. We have stayed here multiple times in the last 10 years. I was a bit disappointed to see some obvious signs of wear and tear in the room furniture/ table area.
