"This place was wonderful. We’ve stayed at the Reunion Resort for the last 5 years, however, these condos are fairly new. We traveled here during the gov shut down in late March and after a nightmare at airport, it was a fresh breath of air! I had reached out to their staff because our flight was changed and we were arriving super late so I wanted to give them a heads up so there would be no issues upon our arrival. There was an issues with the ac unit so we got an upgraded room. The nice thing...

"Pool was dirty upon arrival- ac did not work in the bedrooms upstairs. We called and texted front desk multiple times. Management did not get back to me until I finally demanded to speak to them."
