"Nice spot clean"

"The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was."

"My family & I enjoyed our stay. My grandsons enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pool, and the 3 of us enjoyed the whirlpool. The evening Kickback was amazing & the morning breakfast was delicious! Staff were very cordial and friendly. We will definitely return again!"

"Check in and check out was a disaster! I used Expedia! The price they gave me was 285.00 when I checked in they charged 336.00 lady would give no explanation! When I checked out the guy couldn’t or wouldn’t print a receipt saying I would get on from Expedia. When I got home Holiday Inn charged the 336.00 to my credit card! What in the world is happening"

The check-in process was incredibly fast and seamless, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. My room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a great night's sleep. The location is excellent, with easy access to local dining and transport. "The receptionist Ladonna was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I saw negative, was in room #103, the shower area where they had plastered the shower curtain bar but did not repaint it, but other than that my stay was good."

I do not like the incidental hold policy at this location. My card was pending the $100 charge during the stay which was ok. There was a lot of signage regarding the practice of the hold being placed for several days. "Air conditioning staff"

"When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels."
