"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room...

"Where do I begin? We stayed in a king room close to the pool. Beach access is great and the pool and breakfast is ok… and that’s all I can say that’s positive. I paid $900 for 2 nights and felt a Motel 6 would be better. We couldn’t get the door open upon arrival and was told you have to “use your shoulder forcefully “. Ok. I spilled a little water on the floor immediately and used a washcloth to wipe it up. The black dirt was thick. We called housekeeping and asked that the floor be mopped...

"It wasn’t what I expected, it def looked better on the pictures. I felt like I was in a motel and I certainly didn’t like that the room was facing the street/parking. Felt a little unsafe and uncomfortable.
But at the end of the day, we booked it just yo spend the night. My expectations were higher so that’s probably why I felt disappointed "

"We had the most excellent stay at Bleu Beach resort! We last minute booked a trip to Melbourne and kept remarking how unbelievably lucky we got to stay at Bleu! From our duneside room steps from the beach to the most remarkably clean room- my mom and I had the best girls trip ever! "Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”.
There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind...
