"So Convenient to the University!"

"Room was clean. That is the reason we don’t leave. Lobby smelled horrible upon arrival, still bad when left but not quite as bad. Ceiling of bathroom looks ready to fall in (the vent fan was bent almost 30 degrees signally a rather significant issue). Room outdated and low water pressure but I expected this. I won’t be back. "

"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was pretty basic, but quiet. lobby, hallways & main areas are in need to a remodel. Biggest issue was checkout time - 10am. That is a very early time for checkout. Most hotels are 11am-12pm. I would have definitely preferred a later checkout time.... "

"Delicious breakfast and parking was good. The ONLY problem we experience was with fellow guests. We were unable to sleep until after midnight given all the noise above our suite. We informed the front desk of our evening. "

"The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary."

"Went to check in after 3pm the room was not ready we asked to be called no call…. I called them at around 6pm and it was ready. Then the pool was not in use they only had take out breakfast… way over priced and will never stay there again would like a discount "

"Overall, the state of this property is changing due to a brand new general manager. I saw some of the reviews, but I thought I would still give it a try. There are some hiccups, but James Graham is working on fixing everything. He’s only been there a month as of this post. Nothing in the prior guests post was a problem on this visit. There’s water everywhere I think they can and need a remodel if they want to really kick it up into the five star. The service and the staff is outstanding. I will...

"Room was outdated, rug needed a good shampooing , comforter needed a replacement, took a shower with lukewarm water. , and the breakfast was a joke, poor coffee and a banana, what the hell, just a bit ridiculous!!! "

"The shower faucet was broken, which affected the shower spigot. The door in the bathroom was falling off the hinges. The beds were also very uncomfortable."

"The elevator was broken and im 62 yrs old. My room didn't have toilet paper. The shower mat was terrible. "

"Sink was dirty, broken ice container, cannot use tub or tv, bed cover had stains, heating worked great, pretty sure the cameras are fake which made me uneasy to park there, slight cigarette smell when entering room. Fine for a short trip but could have been better quality. "
