"I am a disabled person. I ordered a disabled room. The first time they gave me a regular room. I had to call back again to get a disabled room then after that, we were in the room for two days and no one cleaned our room. The shower had stains in it. They had hard chairs for disabled people. "The room was not very clean and small. Hotel was noisy and it was hard to park because there were trucks parking everywhere in their parking lot. What was the weirdest that I booked for 2 nights, but after my first night, housekeeping threw away my toothbrushes, toothpaste, and the water I had in the fridge. They thought I had checked out even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door knob. For the price that they charged, I would have found a much better place."
