"The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel has a nice courtyard pool area. On a 3-night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned once (and we were never told there wouldn’t be). There are no safes in the rooms. Also, parking became a huge issue at night because several large trucks/trailers took up dozens of spots. The location is very convenient. I definitely would’ve given a better rating if the few issues above hadn’t arisen."

"The room was extremely dirty! The bedding was not clean at all and the walls were filthy. I informed the front desk and was told that I had an "Elite Room" or something to that tone. I was told I couldn't get more sheets and not an offer for housekeeping to change. My family of five ended up leaving right after traveling there for a graduation. Driving back 6 hours home because of a filthy room."

"My first room had no ac and had roaches in the tub. They did move me into a better room. Staff was super nice. Theres no coffee maker in the rooms or ice machine on site. Overall i wasnt impressed with the hotel. I was however very happy with the great and friendly staff."

"The room seemed clean. The air conditioner/heater was placed away from the bed, in a location where it didn't blow directly on us, which was very nice. Solid surface floor and bathroom were basic (which I like) and clean. Good counter space and tv location. The only complaint I have is that the floral scent in the sheets was overpowering. It was so strong I had a hard time getting to sleep... thank goodness for the fan that helped dissipate the smell."
