"I chose this property because it was spotlighted on Expedia. Felt affordable but also luxurious judging from the photos. When I arrived, it looked like a ghost town and the woman who checked me in was rude. I requested an early check in because I had an event to get to. My room wasn’t ready (which is understandable) but she seemed to care less about the predicament I was in. An hour later, she issued room keys to at least 5 other guests who also arrived early. "Didn’t read reviews before booking, I hope you do! This place is terrible. Killed 4 roaches within 2 minutes of stepping foot inside. We didn’t even take our bags up… slept in the car and used the shower… their motto is they work while you sleep so it’s literally always under construction…. Just bad… but that was my fault for not doing research ."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"
