Suite was clean and quiet. Occasionally I’d catch a strong whiff of weed in the hallways. But I guess it’s legal is MA, so … Overall very good stay.

I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel.

Not what it used to be a few years ago when we had a great long weekend. The guest they allow here trash the outside and is not being maintained. They shouldn’t be pet friendly. The outside stank of dog poop which you could see! And the 1st flr hallway smelled of wet dog mixed with cigarets. Also, someone left their dog by itself in the hallway one night. From the inside of the room you can hear EVERYTHING! Same thing from outside the room. This is what ruined our stay.

Good location for Foxborough/Mansfield and the rooms themselves were generally clean, but definitely not worth the price for how many times I had to be moved due to maintenance issues. Every room seemed to have something wrong with it — broken microwave, AC/heater issues, etc. I understand hotels adding higher incidental holds because people damage rooms, but bringing up a new $200 incidental policy after repeatedly moving a guest because of broken items felt poorly handled. Especially when most comparable hotels are nowhere near that amount. Breakfast was very basic and nothing special. Overall, decent location, but management communication and upkeep need work for the rates being charged.

No one has a sense of urgency or hospitality. 4 people I did not know were trapped in the elevator. It did say max 2 people. No one cared. The moved so slowly. I asked if candy could be booked to room while there was a line of people. The receptionist was overwhelmed by this question. The car service to the concert which is promoted by hotel was a racket. N short you get what you pay for.

I loved the set up of the suite. Bedroom and bathroom in one room and the living room, kitchen and dining area in the other. The set up was really nice. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stocked cabinet for 4 people. Clean and well maintained.

The bathroom was dirty, and the customer service was very disappointing. The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the way we felt treated as a group of Black guests. Despite our efforts to be friendly, interactive, and lighten the mood, he responded with short, dismissive answers and seemed uninterested in providing basic customer service. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on our experience.
